Shane Johnson
Cork born Shane Johnson studied at the Crawford School of Art, Cork, then specialising in Visual Communications at the College of Marketing and Design, Dublin. He now draws inspiration from the landscapes, seascapes and urban settings of Ireland and abroad. His paintings are sometimes wildly imaginative and dreamt up scenes, other times they might be quirky depictions of actual places. His paintings are in public or corporate collections include Bank of Ireland, Cork Opera House and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioners.
